I downlaoded a program called PS3 Game Extractor.. when you open it click on unpack many pkgs, select part 1 and 2 of NBA JAM and it will put it into a folder for you.. Copy the folder to the games folder on your PS3.. Boot the PS3 into safe mode and click on rebuild database.. When you go back into webman games it should be there
hope this helps you

Yep. The ability to change the Road Trip difficulty is in the bounce.db editor that will be included in the modding guide.
Until then, I suggest you play exhibition and build up from the lowest to the highest difficulty.
Thanks for the response mate.. looking forward to when you release the modding guide
You have probably been asked this 1000 times already but do you know how far off it will be
wolflik3me wrote:Just registered for the forums so that I could say thank you for making and releasing this mod! I stumbled onto it last week while looking up settings to make the base game run better on my Steam Deck. Little did I expect to find not one but two awesome game mods!
I also listened to the podcast episode where you were interviewed about the game. It's obvious that you've put a lot of time and care into making this and I appreciate your dedication to quality and attention to detail. I totally believe the Legends edition could be released officially and would be well received! The gameplay still holds up today and the experience is made that much better with the inclusion of legends. It's the NBA I remember from my childhood and trading cards. I can't believe you did all this by yourself. That's amazing!
I hope you eventually figure out the file you're trying to decode. I know you mentioned a bounty during your interview. Let me know if you're accepting donations to grow that amount or if there's anything we can do to help spread awareness among other modding communities. Most of the games I follow are wrestling titles but there are some dedicated and talented modders among those communities who may be able to help!
Once you release your tool, I hope it will encourage other projects. I'd love to relive my first introduction to NBA Jam with this new engine by playing as Mashburn and Jackson with the Mavs!
