Can you upload NGC game save files from dolphin to NLSC

I updating the rosters on ESPN BASKETBALL 2K3 on the GameCube because it's an amazing Basketball game that is the highest rated out of any college basketball game ever. I've gotten 20 players created already and was just wondering if I could share my work with the community.

Im just asking if there is a place like on 2K14 where you can check the save files. Thanks.
