NBA 2K13 vs 2K14 AI/CPU ?

I was looking for some insight as to which game has better ai/cpu to play against? Which one is more realistic and true to real basketball. I will be playing mostly solo

If there's an older or newer entry of the series that's even better in this regard, I'm open for suggestions.
