I've created a reference guide for how a Highlight play you wish to submit should be to allow for transitions and overlays in video as so none of your plays get cut out because of a transition.

720p is preferred as so I don't have to create 2 sets of overlays one in 16:9 and the other 4:3. Try another video editor if needed

videopad should automatically add the letter boxing as needed, if you are still using it.

either way, bonbon, search google for your version of movie maker and saving HD videos, plenty of work arounds. I used the old school XP WMM when I first started making mixes up until 3-4 years ago
