PC Files on Xbox1?

This can sound funny to most of you but i just got my hands on a moded xbox 1. And i have seen back in 05 that you could extract files from the old xbox file to the pc and patch them like we do. Can some one tell me if this is true. I would rather use my patch on there and others and play on my tv. Any help would be great and if it better pm on this thanks.

yep it is, but the ebos are still different, so you could do animation, aiact, lighting, and any xsh files, but no ebos

im not sure about rosters though

so we cant open the ebos like we cant with mm, right?
