College Hoops 2K6 - PS2 PROBLEM

I have a Playstation 2 SCPH-9004 (silber slim model), without a mod chip. It works on PAL. All PAL games reads normal. Now I bought a NTSC game - College Hoops 2K6 from USA. Although the game is original, PS2 does not want to load the game ... What should I do? How to solve the problem?

I heard that if the original game, no matter whether a PAL or NTSC ... that PS2 had a normal reading.

the PS2 is region restricted so your PAL system will not read NTSC games.

you'll either need to mod it (which you will not get help here to do) or get a NTSC console

exactly .... I thought that maybe there is a way to load the game without chips ..... no, it is obviously not possible: (
