NBA Jam: On Fire Edition Blog - Online Modes

In slightly more interesting news than the inclusion of the Honey Badgers:

Sounds alright but I'm admittedly still more an offline gamer so it's not quite as exciting for me as it may be for others. If they've resolved the connection/matchup/lag issues this year I might give it more of a go though.

Sounds very interesting. I was a addict for Halo Reach's challenges and competitive Arena mode that I had to be weened off of, so this sounds like trouble for me (unless there's lag, filthy lag). Jam would be fun online though, the game is built around what sim gamers call cheese, arcade bball at its finest.

I really like the Menu design a lot better than the normal EA Sports games that have the black floating backgrounds with white borders, it looks good.

The menus do seem to suit the game, I agree.

Speaking of the menus, Jam Central would appear to reveal that there will be Downloadable Content.
