Most Underrated & Overrated Basketball Games?

I put this question out there on our social media a while back, and forgot to create a thread here in the Forum. So, here it is. What are your picks for some of the most underrated and overrated basketball video games?

I think NBA Hangtime is the most underrated. Really, that game is awesome.

Most overrated, I am not sure.. maybe NBA 2k16? I don't know.

I hadn't thought of Hangtime because it's one of my personal favourites, but yeah, it doesn't seem to get mentioned a lot. Good suggestion!

nba action 94 is underrated, it had a definite fun factor to it

College Slam and Coach K College Basketball, both VERY underrated (Hardly Mentioned). Two of my favorite games when I was younger.

Overrated: I'd say NBA 2K15 and 2K16. I'd also mention NBA 2K14 next gen for the shear fact that it didn't even support a two player association (local), it made it so people like me wouldn't even play the game because it didn't have a mode that catered to us. It also had the worst online performance/bugs I think I've ever seen in a game.

College Hoops 2K8 and ESPN College Hoops 2K3 are both amazing
