How can I rename the name of the arena can you help me?

If you mean the name that's displayed in the menus, that can be changed in location.dbf. Please see the DBF editing guides in our Wiki for more information. If you mean any names displayed on the court itself during gameplay, that must be done through editing the art files. There are a few court editing tutorials out there that you can consult for more info on that.
