What r the Best Detail (highest quality) Settings for 1080?

i have an awesome graphics card & a 1080p samsung, what should i set the game detail settings to for the best quality???

I don't see a difference between the three resolution detail settings -- bilinear, trilinear and the ani-somthing or other. I've tried all three -- what's the difference and what's the best?

Anisotropic is the best quality, but you won't notice much of a difference. Also, with your awesome graphics card, turn up anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering in your video card settings. If you start to get low framerates, lower them.
