Switching your FSS ability is always the FSS trigger (the L1 button in my case) + the Off-Ball button (Right Analog stick). If this isn't working for you, check to see if all the buttons are mapped correctly in the "configure controller" screen

I'm currently downloading the patch righ now... Work prevented me from doing so earlier...And I'm excited as hell.

Quick question though, does the aiact file here fix the PG domination (just like Jimmy's Gamefix)? I'm using Jimmys patches (IRPT,lighting and Gamefix) but I'm planning to clean reinstall my NBA Live to avoid conflicts.

Yeah, that's true in a sense, PG still dominates, but the thing is with the Gamefix, they pass the ball more to their star players. But still, it prevents the coast to coast movement of the PG.

It's not domination, although that is what we called it when the game came out. It's just a problem with the PG deciding to drive coast to coast alot more often then it should without passing or setting up a play. Picking up the pg in the backcourt and triggering the animation where you are closely guarding the pg's drive can get them to pass or setup a play.

This is how I do it.

You can tell if the pg is going to try to drive coast to coast becuase he will head for the sideline and he will be running fast. If he is heading towards the middle of the court, he will probably stop above the 3 point line and setup a play.
Get close to the pg and trigger the defensive animation. Try to do it before the pg hits half court.
Using the Left analog (or directional stick), point in the direction the ball handler is going and then slowly curl the stick towards the ball handlers dribbling hand.
When he performs the crossover move he is going the other direction so repeat what you did in the other direction once you trigger the animation.
It usually only takes one or two times before he quits and sets up a play or passes.

What I have done in the aiact is try to tell him to pass or setup a play before he even gets to the frontcourt.

I have no bugs in any arena. You need to explain your issue a bit more. Did you already have patched courts when you installed the mod? If so, that could be the problem. Read the page before this I posted the names of court files so you can remove them from your sgsm directory.

So, Pdub, if I use your current sliders and use the aiact file in SUM, would that be the Gamefix? I mean, would that make the superstars score more? Haven't seen any stats shown.

skip2mahbaby, see what spaky said? That was the point of my sliders. I found it way too easy to pass into the post and get an easy dunk, and I abused it. Also, I have CPU freestyle at 90 because they didn't seem to use it enough. Now they use it alot more and can really hurt you with it. I wouldn't call it a gamefix to stop the pg from driving coast to coast, I try to do that by editing the aiact and stopping the ballhandler early while I am playing.

Maybe you van upload settings file with your roster to rapidshare because I instaled ea sports patch but I cant change some of user sliders

Hey guys great work!! congratulations on a great great patch!!

I only have 1 suggestion, please if there's any way to improve the sim stats the game has, for me (stats junkie) it's impossible to play a Dynasty, where Houston's best scorer is Shane Battier, or where Kobe averages 21 PPG, and Iverson 18 and 5 APG, Nash 6 APG.

Please, if that could be sorted out it would be great!!!

Well, I included an improved simulation engine, but the best way of making sure that you have realistic statistics is by fixing the primacy ratings of all the players, which needs to be done many times in a season. Andrew included a primacy.bat file which helps alot if run it on your dynasty before you load it up each time you are ready to play. chris_23 also released some bat files and a sim engine that helped immensely here - http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic44295.php

Just a little heads up on what the update will be like.

We have gotten permission to use the official NLSC rosters and modify the player accessories a bit.
We will be adding the latest Real Shoes patch to the update, and the included NLSC roster will already be updated for it's use.
I'll fix up the lighting so certain parts of certain courts aren't a bright white.
Jaosming's lightbloom (Arena lights) mod will be added.
