I'm Lithuanian, so I can tell you who the starting five were
PG - Sarunas Jasikevicius (has a bit of blonde hair) - excellent passer, pretty accurate 3-point shooter, can nail clutch 3 pointers. Above average point guard

SG - Arvydas Macijauskas (with brownish-blonde hair) - very very accurate 3-point shooter, one of the best sharpshooters in Europe, IF not the best. But nothing worth noting beyond that.
SF - Saulius Stombergas (bald) - another great 3-point shooter, athletic, can rebound and pass. Pretty good inside game as well.
PF - Darius Songaila - physical, athletic, pretty quick (he was young in those days

) dunks a lot (he dunked on Gasol during the final game against Spain), rebounds, occasionally shoots for three
C - Eurelijus Zukauskas - best rebounder on the team, athletic, terrific blocker, slow, has some passing skills, but they're not that great.
6th man (plays SG) - Ramunas Siskauskas - in those days, he was quick, somewhat athletic, very thin, pretty good 3-point shooter, able to play inside and grab few rebounds. But he was still a developing star then. He also played point guard when Sarunas Jasikevicius ran into foul trouble during Spain vs. Lithuania finals.
Others:
PF/C - Ksystof Lavrinovic - a good rebounder, excellent blocker, pretty efficient (scores points in little time). Since there's no other pure center, he can play at position #5.
SF - Mindaugas Zukauskas - captain of Lithuanian national team for years, though he didn't shine in this tournament. Not very accurate shooter, though he's pretty good defensively (defensive awareness is high). Can grab a few rebounds as well.
PF - Virginijus Praskevicius - defense is pretty good (like M. Zukauskas)
PG - Giedrius Gustas - below-average point guard, barely got playing time in this tournament. He can pass decently, but isn't a good shooter.
SG - Donatas Slanina - streaky and inconsistent player, not a very sharpshooter, plays better inside, could dunk if he tried.
SF - Dainius Salenga - athletic, can dunk, can pass and rebound, decent 3-point shooter, but a streaky player like Slanina.
P.S.:
Interestingly though, Sireika started Jasikevicius, Macijauskas, M. Zukauskas, Stombergas and E. Zukauskas during the Eurobasket finals. Plus, Siskauskas played at PG position for some time, which is weird, because Siskauskas plays at SF, SG positions.
Ultranix, can you verify if this is the line-up that was used throughout the tournament? Because the one above I listed is based on statistics...
