How To Edit Team Colors

Does anyone know how to edit a teams primary and secondary colors? I see it in NBA Live Editor's Teams tab, but I don't know what the numbers mean. My Brooklyn Nets team color gear is still blue from when they were the New Jersey Nets.

It is the decimal conversion of hex colors. Colors are represented by hex values for R, G and B. #000000 is 0,0,0, therefore equal to black. #FFFFFF is 255,255,255, therefore equal to white.
