Overtime in game...

I have a question about OT in games, I usually play 5 min quarter in NBA Live 07, I realized that is real time to put some real life scores or statistic... but, in many cases I also play 4 min quarter. so when OT comes, it have a same lenght like a quarter (pretty unrealistic). my question is: is it possible to change OT duration to 2 minutes, maybe 3? and if its possible, which is procedure to do it?
