Any transition guide or tutorial?

I cant find anything like that on the site, is there something like that? I want to try to make transition for NBA 07.

and, is it simple to make transition? maybe it´s easy just to explain how to do it, i really don´t know

It's fairly straight forward, extract the textures, modify, re-import. A bit more info here:
