That's a very old thread with files listed on FileFront (now Game Front). A quick search of Game Front's file archives suggests they're no longer available, so it would come down to somebody who has the files re-uploading them so we can add them to our archives.

I think I have it ... the patch is called Historical Rosters Megapack, but the complete roster w/ art files is 97-98 only, 98-99 i think is roster only... but I'm not sure....

You can try Paxsons Roster Retro Pack in NBA LIVE 08 ...

ONLY some of the files are not compatible ....
