walking animation nba live 07

Hi,

I've been trying to search the forum for an answer, but i couldn't find anything. Is there a way to have the walking animation used in live 06 and 08 and have them work in 07? Thanks..

if anything would work, it would be from 08 not from 06 since 07/08 are basically the same exact game aside from how the FSS are triggered and sig shots

for haha's try taking the loco.act from 08 and putting it into the 07 aiact.viv, that is the only fix i can think of that would work

I replaced the loco.act from 08 and 06..Didn't seem to affect anything...Oh well..thanks amigo..

We tried stuff like that all throughout 07 and after 08 came out. For some reason, they took out the sensitivity from the analog sticks. I believe it was like that on the Xbox, and PS2, also.

I thought the players in 07 already walked. Well atleast in mine the players walk. Well i 4got Jimmys aiact has the walking animation.

Hey bro I just recently overwrote it with pdubs aiact from the SUM Patch bcuz i liked it better... I found it here http://www.filefront.com/6892208/Jimmys ... -Fix-v9.4/

Its the second to last release but its just as good as the final. Sorry I could not find the final version but this what i have been using.

idk im experimenting bc it may not be the aiact that triggered it but it may be jimmys roster bc he has decreased speed and quickness for each player which may trigger the walking animation. Ex: He has Lebron speed at an 87 and quickness at an 82. And Iverson 90 speed 90 quickness. Albys did the same for his roster bc lebron speed is 90 and his quickness is 80 and alot of other players are slowed down too. So maybe thats the answer right there. But since Jimmys and Albys rosters are so old your rosters are not going to be up to date like they would be with Andrews roster. So the only other option is using Andrews roster as a base and decreasing all the players speed and quickness like Albys and Jimmy did.

Backup your files before you try this. I believe you can still use the gameplay of my aiact with Jimmy's walking animation. I don't recall changing any animations for the SUM aiact, so what you can do is extract the assignment.act and clutch.act files from my aiact and import them into Jimmy's aiact, and get the best of both. Let me know if it works.

I remember jimmy including EA's default aiact in his gameplay fix (thus no walking animation) so I don't think this would work...

I found how to get the walking animation in the game, but It's not exactly how i wanted it. I took jao's advice and opened up the loco.act and replaced the jog animation name with the walk animation name.

For example :


w;dribwalksml;dribjogsml;dribturbosml;;. was changed to w;dribwalksml;dribwalksml;dribturbosml;;.


The game now shows a walking animation, but something just isn't right.
Check it out, and if anyone has any advice to make the animation slower let me know.Thanks

I'm still trying differnt variations with the loco.act. so it will look more realistic.The aiact i released earlier is my first try...i'll release some more.

In the game now majority of the time the players walk the ball upcoart before setting up the offense.

I updated the file to make it more realistic. The walking animation is present, but not on every play. let me know what you think.

So bayag, if we replace our favourite aiact 's loco.act (mine for example is the SUM 's for years) with yours, will we achieve the walking animation (and still play with our favourite aiact)??? Moreover, should we press a specific button in order for our player to walk???

Walking is achieved by making very slight movements on the left stick.

I think PDub told me that joystick sensitivity was taken away in '07 and then put back in '08.
Basically what i did was replace the jog animation with the walk animation in some instances. so basically it goes from walk to run instead of jog to run. So it's not exactly like 06/08.

if you just want to try the walking ability, then just replace the loco.act with the one in my aiact.
