yep it shouldnt be here but...back to the question...
once you create a player he will be in the free agents roster, the only way the created player is not in the dynasty mode is that your created player's rating is low then it wont be in the free agents during dynasty mode...

Do you want it at the start of the dyansty or to add it half way through?
At the start, when you start the dynasty, make sure that the rookie draft is turned off otherwise it reverts back to the original rosters.
Half-way through i presume you have to dbf edit it it, not sure.

u have to do brain surgery to just have created players ????
