ai and melo sleeve color

can anyone teach me how to do this:

1. change iverson's sleeve color for AWAY ONLY, change it to black BUT for HOME is still teamcolor(sky blue).

2. change carmelo's sleeve color for AWAY ONLY, change it to black BUT for HOME is still teamcolor(sky blue).
