giving created players the faces of players already in game

Im wondering how I could give some missing players in the game faces of players already in the game. For example if I wanted to give Louis Amundson Kyle Korver's face (the resemblance is uncanny). Or giving Monta Ellis' face to Ryan Hollins. Is it possible to do this? If so, how? I knowin appearance dbf there is a column for face but all the face are 0. And also, what about players that were in 06 but arent this year in 07 like Wagner, Reiner, Harrington. Is there any easy to get their 06 face into my 07 game?

I dunno about the 06 to 07 conversion, but to use an existing player's face should be pretty easy.
Just go into your sgsm/players folder, open plyrface.viv and each of the other .viv in this folder (except plyrtat.viv), and for each of them just export the files for the existing player you selected, and rename all of them by replacing "kykorve" (in your example) by "loamunds". Once you're done renaming, drop all these files in your sgsm folder, and edit your players.dbf and appearance.dbf accordingly (if you're unsure about that last part, I'm pretty sure there's a tutorial in this section).

go into players.dbf and change their five letter PLAYERPKG name to that player you want them to be.
Look for the column named PLAYERPKG and make them into whomever who want them to be replaced by. ie Kyle Korver is listed as KYKORVE. (It's the first two letters of their first name and the first five letters of their surname, unless they have a shorter surname which _ takes the letter's place.)
That player will then take on Kyle Korver's appearance details.

Ashman, I tried what you said about chaging the player PLAYERPKG and all it did was give Amundson Kyle Korver's photo and not Korver's face.

El badman, when I try to open plyrface.viv and each of the other .viv in this folder (except plyrtat.viv) access tells that my plyrface.vivhas an unrecognized format.
