Saw the World's Fastest Indian tonight, what a brilliant movie. Anthony Hopkins is fantastic, I loved it. If he doesn't win some awards for what he pulled off in that movie then I will shoot myself, or someone else.

Ooh, I'd seen that a few weeks ago aswell, kickass movie. Anthony Hopkins has been one of my favorite movies after I saw the jaw-dropping Silence of The Lambs (Hannibal Lectar) and what I consider think of as one of his finest performances, Instinct.

Hopkins is the shizzle. He inspired me to pee on tree's.

I was going to see "The Sentinel" today but Washington Post reviewers said it sucked so I missed it.

I saw the last hour or so of "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" for the first time last night. That movie may be the funniest movie ever.

saw the Last temptation of Christ the other day. the acting was excellent as well as the casting. I enjoyed it but enjoy even more discussing it with who were very upset with this movie.

I was really disappointed with that movie, about everything pretty much. It wasn't controversial enough, and I found myself being very, very bored most of the time. The very ending (all that colors flashing) was disturbing.

heh how much more controversy were you expecting?

this version had Jesus drinking, dancing, having sex, questioning his fate throughout almost the entire movie, acting more "human" instead of divine

or how about Judas being the 'best' discipile, the whole Mary Magadalene thing, or Satan tricking Jesus

if you listen to the director commentary, you'l find some info about the lights flashing at the end of the movie

I have Casanova, Tristan + Isolde and Aeon Flux.

I'm yet to watch any of them. As soon as I have, I'll let you guys know. Not as if you're waiting for it, but thought I'd share.

aeon flux aint very plot intensive, but it is a beautiful movie.

I watched Casanova and half of Tristan + Isolde.

Casanova was mildly amusing, Oliver Platt was hilarious though. Tristan + Isolde, I watched like half an hour, went out to buy ice cream & then proceeded to watch the end. From what I saw, 't was decent.

I watched the Inside Man in theatres, excellent movie! Well written, well acted, I really enjoyed this one.

Watched Corpse Bride on DVD, it was ok. I felt the bad guy in the movie didn't play much of a role, and there wasn't anything special about it, but the plot for a "kid's movie" was pretty good.

Watched Brokeback Mountain on DVD. It's a slow movie, but it's not too slow that it ends up boring. I did find some scenes to be... incredibly disturbing. All in all, it's an ok movie, but if you're homophobic, you'll not enjoy this movie.

Saw Crazy/Beautiful. I haven't heard of this movie before, but it's really an enjoable flick, especially to watch it with a chick. And it isn't like Kirsten Dunst is the most beautiful girl in the world (although she is very, very fine ), it's just something about her that makes her very... perfect.

Kirsten Dunst, if you knew about her off-the-set antics like getting drunk all the time or potentially whoring, she becomes somewhat of a turn off.

Not to mention that snaggle tooth makes her look like a boomerang Hahhah/Barbera 1960's cartoon character.

I watched this flick called "Multiple Orgasms on a snow cone." Pretty funny stuff. Especially the old lady with the goat.

Never. I wouldn't hit Salma Hayek if she was here either. It's good to be loyal. And even if I was single, I wouldn't hit her, but probably Salma

V For Vendetta. The closest thing to a masterpiece I've seen so far this year.

Hopkins fans I recommend you take a look at Nixon, it might not appeal to non-american audiences but he aces the role in the movie.

Watched JFK recently, the first time I actually can credit Kevin Costner for good acting and the movie was very exciting and raises plenty of questions. Gary Oldman is a truly underrated actor he yet again does a really good job this time playing the role of Lee Harvey Oswald. Recommend people to watch it although be prepared to listen to plenty of talking and words you've never heard of.

Saw Crash only about two weeks ago too, good movie although some of the parts were a bit unrealistic and had drops in acting. Ludacris was suprisingly pretty good in his role and does make some witty comments and jokes, love the one about the huge bus windows. Reminded me of Traffic although it was more race motivated but it had that same sort of several stories, one subject kinda theme. Most of all you get to see Jennifer Esposito's tits.

Robin Williams has a new movie coming out although it doesnt look very appealing.

The Sentinel is crap, Eva Longoria is a friggin walking stick and I was never a big fan of 24 so the movies pretty dull and similar.

Just came back from Lucky Number Slevin. In my opinion, the third best movie* I've seen this year.

Hartnett really pulled it off, I actually liked him in this movie. That's a first since I think The Faculty, he simply annoyed the delights out of me in Pearl Harbour.

Morgan Freeman was his usual asskicking self whilst Sir Ben Kingsley made me laugh my ass off. He was just top notch (isn't he always?) as The Rabbi.

Bruce Willis seems to dig the role he was given, given he seems to repeat that role quite often. No scope for histronics or such, but servicable in his part.

I'm not one who falls for Asian women in general, but hot damn Lucy Liu just was on fire in the plaid skirt, hot damn for sure.

The style of film making is clearly inspired by movies such as Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels. It's a Quinten Tarantino/Guy Ritchie type of movie.

Nice, very nice movie, as I said, third best this year.*

That's awesome, I'm a big fan of those movies and definitely I wasn't expecting Lucky Number Slevin to be that type of movie. I'm gonna check that movie out when I get a chance.

Well, Snatch & Lock, Stock are of a higher quality, but for this movie, it was a decent effort to try and emulate the type.

I watched A History of Violence tonight and frankly, it wasn't all it was hyped up to be. It seemed more like a Lifetime movie than anything else.

I started watching Aeon Flux but that's one fucked up movie, stopped it half way.

If you liked slevin check out wicker park. same director, same star. I liked the style. Aeon flux I agree is a shit plot, but its beautiful nonetheless.
