Seen Ghost World (yes, I'm trying to see every Scarlett Johansson flick I can find). Scarlett is fine, but movie is a bit too surrealistic to be 'just enjoable' and a not enough to be really, really cool. Steve Buscemi is teh man, though.

And if you're a fan of Doug, guy from the RHCP videos, the movie has some great scenes for you.

ha and you said you don't visit that site

You asked if I did on a regular basis, I don't. When you asked to what extent he was involved, I checked. No biggie.

get it now though, pretty clever. and one of those henchmen (woman) had an enormous rack.
I don't get why they didn't keep those two women in custody. Notice there was one woman hostage who had huge tits & one robber who had huge tits (so says the hostages)...so why the cops know one of the two are the robber, keep them in custody, bring in Jack Bauer/Vic Mackey to break them and divulge any key information. Silly Spike.
The Butterfly Effect: holy shit! I expected a Kelso movie, and what I got is one helluva flick. The best movie about time travelling I have seen.

Response to your spoiler.

I think holding a bank full of people is still worthy of a some sort of punishment. Remember Foster was telling Owen, you haven't killed or robbed the bank yet, I'll get you 4 years...or something along those lines? So yeah, odd they let the two ladies go.

Has anyone seen North Country with Charlize Theron? I haven't seen it, but someone told me it's really good, but I'm hoping if someone here could share their opinion on it.

Its not to great its a court movie drama thats mostly her fighting sexual herassment. One of them movies you watch if you just can't find anything else to watch. Or if you are a woman.

I watched Domino last night, God that movie pissed me the fuck off! Had they cut back on the "flashy" special effects, that movie would've been done in 45 minutes. By adding the glitzy effects, it dragged on and on and on.

Jebus, I was so irritated by the effects, every other frame had it. Same with Man on Fire, that one I could still stand given the story was good.

Keira Knightley is a hottie, she is indeed as flat as a washboard, but for a white girl, she's got ass. Plus I think she's cute, her accent is nice aswell & she seems like a fiesty little lady. ("Try wearing a corset..." POTC.)

I saw Capote, and I was really disappointed. Great acting, but there was absolutely nothing special or interesting about it.

My girlfriend got ahold of American Psycho, so I'll be watching that one sometime soon.

I saw V for vendetta on a date a week ago. I got nice theatre action and the movie also had nice action. The verbose sequences while brain tickling...i appreciated the tongue tickling i was recieving within those constant moments. It's a movie for the polically aware amoung us who don't mind a little metaphoric propaganda mixed with action.

What do you guys think of Silent Hill? Another game turned movie. Looks scary...i wanna see it.

Same here, Phillip Seymore was awesome, really awesome but I just stopped the movie half way. I still have it at home, but I don't know if I'll ever come around to finishing it. I'm at like the one hour 28 minute mark.

Really, the second half of the movie is virtually no different from the first half. It's that sad.

yeh, good stuff. you have the 'killer collection'?

i got the book about a month ago. read a few chapeters so far. i've been laughing to myself as i read it. the bateman character is even more detail oriented/obsessive then the one portrayed in the movie.

The people who find those things have no life. They must sit there for hours watching for mistakes. Still, they are pretty funny.

I'm pretty sure I saw a comprehensive list of mistakes found in Saving Private Ryan. IIRC, there was over 100 of them.

wow funny mistakes, and of course there is the one of the plane in troy.. its hard to get rid of some of these things like planes, and stuff. wonder if sometimes they purposely let it slip cause there are some things that obviously cant be missed during screening, like the scar on frodo or the side harry is sitting on.

Just watched "Just Friends" it's a cute movie, something to watch when there isn't much left to watch. Amy Smart reminds me a lot of Michelle Monaghan (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang).

I saw that one a few weeks back too, Robert Downey Jr. was awesome in it, Michelle is a total hottie & Val is...well...gay.

Anyways, back to Just Friends, Chris Klein was so fricking annoying in this movie, he's like Owen Wilson in Meet The Parents. :x

Female note: Amy Smart & Michelle Monaghan are both cuties.

Chris Klein is always annoying.

I didn't mind him in the American Pie series, Not Another Teen Movie & more recently, the Long Weekend (although that part was written for Stifler), but this one...grrr.

jackal, i had to write up a monologue for my acting class -- wanna do me a favor and proof read it and tell me what you think? the script's pretty simplistic but i'm more focused on executing it then the story itself. if you're interested just let me know (Y)

Sure, I'd be glad to read it, don't know what kind of feedback you're expecting though, some stories I like and some I don't. Cyanide or Air Gordon might be able to give better constructive critisism, but I'd still like to read it.
