I am to assume you will use limewire to search for a few of those tracks? As their not as big as some other bands during that time period their rather hard to find. However if you do happen to stumble across a few of those tracks they will most likely be 128 or even lower. I happen to have a torrent (took me months to find) of their three earliest albums all in 320K. I could uunderstand why you wouldn't want to download an entire album without having heard them first but if you have something like Utorrent you should be able to individually pick a track from the torrent and download it. If this sounds alright feel free to add me to msn or something.

tendo, I was going to use Limewire, thanks for the heads up. I'll look around myself first, and if I can't find much I'll get back to you.

erm, what's your username & password??

i'd rather not be bombarded with junk mail and ringotnes and charged for whatever they make you sign up for in order to register on the site.

Sun Jan 21, 2007 7:42 pm

QBaller you need yourself an e-mail address you don't care about to sign up for stuff with. Anyways, I have yet to get any viruses/excessive spam/anything bad from albumbase. It's fantastic.

Seven years after their break-up, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE is reuniting for the 2007 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this spring. Rage will headline one of the three nights of the festival, which will run from April 27-29 in Indio, CA. Other acts topping the bill include the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS and Bjork.

Frontman Zach de la Rocha has kept a low profile since the seminal Rock band's split, which the other three members went on to form AUDIOSLAVE with Chris Cornell. Audioslave has been taking time off since the release of last year's Revelations, while Cornell works on a solo record. Rage co-headlined the initial Coachella festival in 1999, and this year's performance is expected to be a one-off gig and not lead to a full-on reunion.

In related news, guitarist Tom Morello will release a solo album in April under his alter ego, The Nightwatchman. One Man Revolution was produced by Brendan O'Brien and will be released on April 24. Morello will tour behind the record this spring, including an appearance at South By Southwest and a solo set of his own at Coachella.

Tickets for the 2007 Coachella fest go on sale this Saturday, January 27. The full lineup was unveiled today and includes The Arcade Fire, Interpol, Willie Nelson, Lily Allen, The Roots, Sonic Youth, Arctic Monkeys and the reunited Crowded House. A number of British artists are making rare appearances Stateside, including Jarvis Cocker, The Happy Mondays and Damon Albarn's new project, The Good, The Bad & The Queen. Scottish band Travis will also mark their return to the U.S. for the first time in a few years as well. Other acts lined up for Coachella include Fountains Of Wayne, Damien Rice, Placebo, Perry Farrell's Satellite Party, Regina Spektor, Rufus Wainwright and The Decemberists.

I don't know about you but this seems bloody amazing. I have already gathered my ticket to see the peppers on their own in April (the same month). So i'm not liking my chances of getting a ticket to this one, unfortunetly.

Or you could get an invite to Oink, EVERY album you can think of...all the music on the site is 192 kbps plus & a large majority of it FLAC (best audio rip quality).

Speeds are great too, as you are forced to seed or you get banned.

"Bam, here's the plan, motherfuck uncle sam! Step back, i know who i am."

Yeah, it's gonna be amazing. I'm trying to suss out if selling my Peppers tickets (Diff Concert) perhaps i could still score a ticket for this, would cost a little more though. Hopefully they release their track line up early, i would be really interested to see it. Their are talks of them touring the globe later, that would be amazing. Wonder what it takes to get another album out of them. Atlot of shit has happened these last 7 years, i'm sure Zach has sketched down a rad line or two. Rage are indeed much better than Audioslave, but that's nothing against them. I still really enjoy their self titled and to a lesser extent 'Out of Exile'. Their latest album is just too repetitive. Now all we need is Soundgarden to regroup and we're set!
