who are some of the best european/international rappers because i want to see how the underground rap scene differs from there to america.

Spain: Violadores del Verso, Nach, SFDK, Arma Blanca.

These are maybe the best spanish rappers.

Isn't that Tego Calderon guy from Spain? He's pretty good, the one from the NBA live 06 soundrack. He raps in Spanish I think.
