I copied it off Carmelo's jersey. There is a wallpaper where melo is on the grey background and his jersey is perfectly straight (well almost), just resize it, cut it out and put it on vince.

That's not a jersey switch, you took it literally. It's just like what I used to do when I was a n00b, you just put a completely new jersey on top on the VC pic.
I turned the Celtics' jersey into this, now I could make a Heat jersey out of it.
