at least Lil John gave Chappelle inspiration for hilarious sketches so hes not useless.

seriously though, the best rappers are from New York, the east is holding it down.

The South has some real dope artists, most people just don't look hard enough...

Lil Keke, Trae, Hawk, Z-Ro, K-Rino are just a few artists that are heavily slept on.

They still around, in fact they released 2 mixtapes this year called We Got it 4 Cheap Vol. 1 & 2. Check them out, real good shit

They were awol for so long because of the legal problems they had with their label, which is why their releasing mixtapes now instead of albums (until the problems are solved)

It's at least top 3 with Buddens - I'm Back and the Nas and Dirty Harry one.

[Clue/Kay Slay/random NY DJ]'s mixtapes of multiple artists are getting crappier and crappier. All the best mixtapes come from the artists themselves now.
