I hate the Chosen One vs. The Cow part, it ruined the technical stupidity of the film  What I love from that film is the lame dubbing and cheesy lines. And that "Hammer Time" fight scene

And that one-boobed chick

watching the first part of "Romeo Must Die". I've never seen the whole thing through, but it looks like a good movie. So weird to see any romantic themes involving Asian guys and black girls... maybe we have a shot or no?

anyways, got me thinking... why did Aaliyah have to die so young? like Tupac before her, she was destined for great things before dying too soon.

Just accept that some things are out of our control Q. It happens.

The Kung-Pow sequel has been shelved for a long time, money problems maybe?

Has anybody heard about that movie with Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro? The name is Rightious Kill, or something like that.

as far as i knew they were only in 1 movie(on screen at same time) together and that was heat. i could be wrong i will actually look that movie up now

edit: looked it up, looks pretty good. dont know much about the story but it(the site) says they share like 90% of the scenes. to see these 2 on screen that much together is worth it for me, no matter what the movie is about. seems they start filming in august

John Rambo

From what I understand, they are threatening the dreaded NC-17 rating right now, so most of this sweet looking gore will likely be cut out, and added as DVD extras, so the movie can get an R rating, and actually make some money.

Wow, they're going to have to do a lot of cutting right there, something like Jurassic Park or something. I don't know what to expect from that, I'm waitin more from Die Hard 4.

Fuck the rating. I want that gore!
If Kill Bill can make it with an R, why can't Rambo. :(

Just saw Hostel part II. Not as much gore as the first one, and I also don't think it was nearly as good as the first one, if you can even call the first one good. There is a nice twist to it, maybe even two twists. The ending was absolutely hilarious, though.

So, if you enjoyed the first one alot, I recommend it. Otherwise, it's worth a rental, unless you didn't like the first one at all or don't have a thing for gore. Some breasts, some penises, some other things cut off, no big deal. I expect there will be a third one.

Just watched Mr Brooks. I thought it was a very well done psychological thriller with some good twists and plot lines. Dane Cook didn't fuck up the movie at all, he did a damn decent job.

9/10

Got a chance to see The Last King of Scotland and Pursuit of Happyness. Comparing both actors, they are both excellent. I wouldn't doubt giving Forrest Whitaker the Oscars, but personally, I'd give it to Will Smith. Excellent movies, great performances, both must-sees.

And Happy Feet was OK. Next up, the new James Bond movie.

I love that movie. My expectations were low when I saw it (only went to it because I got denied trying to see Borat) but I thouroughly enjoyed it. New Bond kicks major ass.

By us it's Death Proof. Ocean starts on the 13th.

Meaning Death Proof is in premiere now, last week it was Zodiac and the week before that Pirates.

I plan on catching Zodiac either tomorrow or on Sunday. Tuesday being the latest.

I've heard it isn't in the same mold as Se7en and Fight Club, more of a detective movie with different takes on who the killer could be. Not what you'd expect from Fincher, but a great movie on it's own.

That's what I've heard though, more from me on Zodiac soon enough.
