is there a tutorial of play by play viewer 2003?

Good am.i tried to import & replace original gamespch files with my custom file but it hangs saying "not responding". Then when i try to click "New" and add new custom file,it added but each time i click on it also hangs. Is there anything wrong that i did?can anyone pls share to me the detailed tutorial?thanks guys
