Rosters - How To Save and Send Out

Now Ive gone through, and adjusted what i think is the correct line-ups for now, with a couple of created players too, and starting 5 line-ups

now my thinking is, i just copy my players.dbf (and teams.dbf??) from my saved roster folder 000 (or 001) is that it??

just give me the green light and ill get it out to u guys
