Need help for NBA Live 2003 Demo, from EASports.com

I've downloaded and installed the demo from the Nba Live website twice.

After I've installed it, of course, i tried playing it. Once the intro screen loads, it takes me to the main menu.

2 seconds after that screen loads, the main menu disappears, and all I see is the NBA Live background, with Kobe Bryant and Jason Kidd dribbling around on my screen.

Anyone else having this problem? and does anyone know how I can fix this?

My guess, a graphic card problem, maybe your card isn't compatible, try e-mailing EA Sports with your problem and your machine's specs.
