Just as the demo suggests, gameplay is garbage. You guys aren't missing a thing. It's no wonder they are in no hurry to release it.

Like in the demo the CPU fast breaks all the time. CPU players always beat your players down the court. Playing in player lock doesn't change this one bit and not only that but your players (that are being controlled by the CPU) throw interceptions constantly which almost always lead to fast breaks. Blocks.. I won't get started on blocks.. It's just like the demo. Because of all the unstopable fast breaks the CPU team had 44 points after the first quarter. There are other problems but I want to keep this a some what shorter post. This is all in sim mode, I wonder what Arcade is like....!

No offence Lord Zed but you need to learn to play D, I can hold the Lakers to 4 points on All-Star on the demo without any blocks and remember if you start running the CPU will too.

This is not like the previous Lives, you have to watch where you pass and If you are taking shots with your guards as soon as you shoot get back on D. And if you take 5 seconds on O then you are letting them controll the pace which just leads to bad shots/frustration.

LOLOL. Well even playing on player lock with the point guard doesn't do a thng, I can prevent the other teams point guard from being part of the fast breaks but I can't control what the other 4 players do (player lock or not) their men beat them down court all the time. I can be as slow as I at my end as possible, that does not dictate how often they fast break or their tempo on offense. On rebounds always 2 or 3 of their guys head down court the second it's a missed shot and before the ball has been rebounded while my guys just stand there until their man has already taken off and has a big lead. I'll play some more and report results but it's not looking promising.

P.S. I expected this ridicule. People who have been looking forward to a game for so long don't enjoy being told it's garbage.

Try playing zone and getting back on 'D' after every shot. I usually play zone and pick one of the big men and block anyone that tries to drive in. I think on my thrustmaster "R2" is the last man back button, try to figure out which one it is on your controller so you can get back on 'D'. Also the only time the CPU breaks is when you miss a shot and don't get back on 'D' or when you take long as jump shots.
