Extreme slowdown using Xinput Plus?

Hey everyone, I've been using xinput plus to convert xinput to dinput (so triggers work, etc), it works for Live 2004, 2005, and 06 but for some reason with 2003 it slows down the game extremely. I know there was a patch that had something to deal with slow down with USB devices.. but I'm not sure if that's the issue? Does anyone have the patch available? Thanks.

think I've found somewhat of a solution, it seems like using DS4Windows & Xinput Plus at the same time was causing an issue, probably cause of a lot of controllers connected or something (from what I remember it adds 2)
