i have no idea how you would make a sleeved uniform in Live 2003. I know people did it for 2004, so maybe check those mods? Its with those two tools though iirc.

Jao, I checked what is done in 2004.

However, you have to put that into every player folder, which is valid for players who have cyberfaces.

I want to make this able for every player, even created or not.
