Game Speed

Does anybody know how to slow the game down in NBA Live 2003. The cpu seems to go blazin fast. It doesn't even matter what the ratings are, it always works in the cpu's favor. If I pick a team I will suck with them, and if I play against them the will crush me.

Unfortunately, NBA Live 2003 doesn't feature gameplay sliders so the only real way to tweak the gameplay is to change ratings, which as you noted doesn't account for the issue of the CPU being able to catch up/run quicker.
