problem with jersey

I've a serius problem! It's very dangerous for my game. I want add some new jersey for my teams... when I locate jersey.fsh in proper folder it's all ok. when I start game...new jerseys don't exist. It's a database's error? please help me!!!!!

Have you updated teamgear.dbf?
