arts do not change

I already change the custom art 0 to 1 but still Im having the old graphics of nba live 2003..Ive downloaded the latest patch but only the jerseys,cfs,courts work but the loading screans,splash screens dont change..can anybody help?

if you've downloaded tru 4... then you did nothing wrong. i didn't include the splash screens and loading screens, all those are in v1.1
