I cant install new jerseys

I can not install any type of jerseys i downloaded ea graphics editor and i cant ether someones told me that i have to put it in teamgear.dbf but how nobody explains it well someone please can help me why is so hard to install jerseys in this game please some one that give me the instruccions properly thanks
