Make Yao and Shaq Available

I'm using the latest roster update (v5.2) and I noticed Yao and Shaq aren't available.

I mean, Shaq is in the 90's team, but I can't trade him to other teams unlike other legends.

I checked players.dbf and they were there.

Change their TEAM from 32 (Retired Pool) to 50 (Free Agents) to bring them back into the playable rosters.
