Xbox 360 Controller with NBA Live 2005 on PC

I recently got a copy of this game for my pc and I really don't want to use the Keyboard to play it, I was wondering if anybody knows if I can successfully setup my wired 360 controller to work with the game. ie: freestyle controls and whatnot.

No matter which preset I choose, it seems that the triggers are not detectable only the LB and RB.

It really hurts to not be able to set this up. Anybody?

it is because the triggers are applied to axises and not buttons so the game cant recognize them

you can search these forums for solutions or you can search google for xbcd 360 drivers and download a profile that makes the triggers digital buttons

thanks, I got the drivers from microsoft, I got it to work ok, I had to leave out some of the controls, I can make due though.
