Fast Breaks

Is there a way to slow down the computer's players because I was running a fast break with T-Mac, who started above the 3-pt line on the other side and Pau Gasol, who was at the free throw line caught up to T-Mac when he reached the opposite 3-pt line. (no disrespect to Pau but that's not right)

I'm not sure if anyone's been able to do anything with aiact updates or the like, but the catch-up problem has been an issue in various NBA Lives in the last five or six years, NBA Live 2005 being one of them.
