NBA Live 05 EA Live Online Play

Hey guys,

just wondering if EA shut down the online-play of this game? (NBA 05)

everytime I try to play it says there is an error.

Does anyone else still play this online?

yep, they actually shut it down for all disc based PC NBA Lives (for some reason, people who bought Live 08 online and downloaded it through EA got the Online servers while the disc based people didnt.


To play online now you need to find friends / people here and trade IP addresses

The PC platform has become an afterthought unfortunately. But beyond that, by their own terms EASO support is only guaranteed for a year for each release.

I would like to test my skills against someone.
