How to add portrait to a player...

Hello...

Some of the players from NBA Live 2005 have no portraits. For example David Young. So I took some portrait (exacly Mouhamed Sene's portrait) renamed him to plyprts~DAYOUNG.big, and put him in sgsm folder. Then I looked at David Young (through EDIT PLAYER) but his portait was empty (there was only logo of a team). So what I need to do to see his portrait...?

Please note, the I've checked all DBF commands in players.dbf, and appearance.dbf, and everything seem to be fine in there...

So please help...

I believe you also need to hex edit the file, otherwise the internal assignment will be the original PLAYERPKG value.

Where can I find this Hex editor, or something??? I don't have much experience like you Andrew
