Sacramento court - 20 years

Here´s the thing, I loaded somebody´s Sacramento 20 years court, but I don´t remember whose, I want to know how to get those 20-year marks off, it was explained in the read me file, but I have lost it.

Isn't is possible to open the thing with DOLFFIN, find the mipmap with the logos on it, and remove that mipmap?
