You could try these jerseys (the 1x should work IIRC), but backup just in case it doesn't work

Unfortunately you won't find anything like thhis for Live 2005. The best thing right now is NBA Live Project converted for Live 2005. You can download it from here: http://download.nba-live.com/index.php?act=view&id=1850
