Still cyberfaces missing

I downloaded the huge SGSM folder of Jonthefon some time ago. There are still some cyberfaces missing.

Can I get them somewhere? How can I get rid of the pink heads?
Some coaches have them and some players, too.

e.g. Coby Karl of the Lakers doesn't have a cyberface and looks like a pink-headed alien.

Utopia released a Coby Karl on his thread in 08 announcements. Search for it. He also made a Jamario Moon. I think KJ has a Navarro CF, but I don't know about a headshape for it.
