Can Andrew's Patch be used on NBA Live 2005

Is it possible to use Andrew's new patch released on July 22, with NBA Live 2005? If yes, how? Thanks!

No, it can't be used with NBA Live 2005. If anyone wants to convert it for use with 2005 though, they have my permission.
