I have found a software that'll accelerate your video card to its best!... Is it ok if I post here the links and the software?? I'm asking to avoid ban warning...

I'm intrigued. Go ahead and post it, and we'll see what it is and then determine if it can stay or not.

I have only tried this at my NVidia Geforce4 MX 440 graphics card.. I don't know how to accelerate ATI cards... Heres the instruction:
1)Open RivaTuner
2)On the Target Adapter Window, Click Customize
Image
3)Then check "Enable low-level hardware overclocking"
4)Then move the two sliders to anywhere at the middle of the second and third arrow
Note: Don't adjust it too high or your pc will end up hanging..
5)Then click Test
6)After the loading, Click OK..
7)Restart your PC

If you can't understand the step-by-step procedure, you can refer to this image..

Hope this helps!

click start menu->run->then type dxdiag.... then go to display tab.. You'll see the name and model of your video card..

And if the you set the low-level hardware overclocking slider too high, your pc may hang and may require a reboot.. But, it wont cause any permanent harm.. Just try to set it to at the moderate level..

Too bad for you... It's working for me pretty well.. My NBA Live 07 and 2005 runs smoothly without setting the detail settings too low(without lighting) unlike the usual choppy display..

What do you mean it worked but there's still chopiness? Do you mean that you have installed correctly but did not work?

i had the 2 sliders at the max point btween the 2nd n 3rd arrow without it crashing, yet the game still runs a little choppy. I havent played for a while before installing the program, so i cant honestly tell a difference (im going to check it out again) What else can you recommend to speed things up?

If you have set the slider to the max without crashing, try checking the "Apply overclocking at Windows startup" box.. then restart your pc, then try playing.. Something should change..

I think it will make the settings permanently for the video card.. But if your pc crashes, it is not recommended to check it..

Ok, so i tried it out and i noticed first that i put the sliders too high.

During gameplay, there were a hell a lot of glitches/scratchiness in the graphics (mainly in the background).
I looked back at the graphics report and it was either the core or memory clock that was out of range.
I changed it so it was not out of range, and everything worked out fine.
The graphics were much smoother. thnx (Y)

Just remember it is not good to overclock your video card If you don't have proper cooling.

Yeah, he's right! You better have water cooling system or something good for the heat produced. For me, what I do is place the CPU in front of the air conditioner for guaranteed low temperature..
