Getting the game up to date

Hello all,
After a very long time, I've decided to re-install Live 2005 (06 and 07 won't run very smooth on my machine, and besides, they are, well... not that good ).
Anyway, I've currently only installed the game and the 1.1 patch.
Basically, i would like to have the game up to date (rosters, portraits etc.), but was a little overwhelmed with all the updates that goes around in this forum...
Can some one please give me a list of what i should install in order to get the game up and running (and updated, of course...).

The #1 thing to do is install Frenchy/Flite's roster and Frenchy's sgsm. Then look at the first few threads under announcements and you'll see download links to updates.

Look at these threads:
