problem with "big heads"

im in 10th year of dynasty and some rookies have very big heads like this:
how can i fix it??

either press the windows button that gets outta the game the click on it and get back into it or trade the rookie for a one that has a smaller head

... i think that the problem is in player package. now i dont remember it exactly, but the problem was only with one type of plyrpkg. im not sure but i think it was plyr122 . when i changed it to for example 118 everything was OK.

o ok i had that prob too i didnt no how to fix it! but thanks for that now we are both better off
