score area question

I'm editing a roster with the adition of several international players, but I have a little problem. I don't follow NBA so close to know exactly the spots where players likes to shoot as is shown in the examples. Can someone give me a hand with a short description of the areas?
Value Position Examples

4: G/F Paul Pierce, Marcus Fizer - 3pt. from corners?
5: G/F DerMarr Johnson, Walter McCarty
6: G Jason Terry, Jamal Crawford - 3pt. & long 2's all over the arc?

10: F/C Dirk Nowitzki, Donyell Marshall
